#motivation - expanding network as an rambling introvert analyst

I was really REALLY impressed by this small startup CTO who interviewed me.

He went to MIT math, works for Google (Youtube recommendation, chrome, maps), and does data mining presentation on youtube. His 2 co-founders were Demand Media's executive and just bought another startup for $48 million.

I leaning toward another opportunity that's more stable, but wanted to follow his activity/speech.

I don't use Linkedin a lot but decided to follow him. And now he send me an invite and we're connected. We message about the volatility of dotcom field and passion for data.

Whether I do get a job offer/accept offer from this CTO, it was just great to connect with someone at this caliber and understand my field.
