Many of my clients are complaining it's hard to get customers during and post COVID19. I suggest trying *loyalty program* + email marketing to get your customers engaged!
Here are some you can implement now:
✅ SELFIE CONTEST: Ask your social media audiences to tag themself with your product or service (facebook/IG check-in). Top 10 can receive a discount code or free service.
✅ BIRTHDAY EMAIL OFFER: SEPHORA has *b-day sample gift bag* for their club members. I always wait for that email notice around my birthday.
✅ REFERRAL PROGRAM: Your customers can receive a credit offer if they successfully refer your service.
✅ POINTS REWARD SYSTEM: Buy $1000 and receive 10 points. Those points can earn rewards/discounts. Chase credit card is 1-5% of purchase and I usually choose cash back or Target gift cards.
✅ STAMP CARD: Buy 10 services and receive 1 free. Lots of spas and massage vendors use this.
